Marina Berkovich: A Slice of Jewish Life: Two Island Stories

A Slice of Jewish Life: Two Island Stories

Presented by Marina Berkovich, the founding president of The Jewish Historical Society of Southwest Florida, along with acclaimed Florida historian Sylvia Gurinsky.

Since 2010 the society has interviewed numerous eyewitnesses and is producing its own documentary films, collectively known as Southwest Florida Jewish Pioneers series. Two documentaries’ films will be shown based on the personal accounts of early SWFL Jewish history and stories relating to the founding and development of the Jewish communities in this region.
