David Light will share his inspiring genealogical journey and the research methods he used to uncover and preserve his family’s history. With guidance from JGSGM mentoring strategies, David transformed from a beginner into a dedicated researcher, demonstrating how passion, persistence, and modern tools can unlock hidden family stories.
About Our Speaker
David Light joined the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Miami in 2021. David has been a resident of Miami-Dade County for 49 years where he resides with his wife, Lauren. He and his children Lauren and Philip have been actively researching his paternal line since 2020, what they have discovered exceeded all their expectations
