DESCRIPTION:The following event is done in collaboration with Temple Beth Am Library’s Sunday Salon: \n\n\n\nA Slice of Jewish Life: Two Island Stories\n\n\n\n\n\nPresented by Marina Berkovich\, the founding president of The Jewish Historical Society of Southwest Florida\, along with acclaimed Florida historian Sylvia Gurinsky. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSince 2010 the society has interviewed numerous eyewitnesses and is producing its own documentary films\, collectively known as Southwest Florida Jewish Pioneers series.
